Most people struggle keeping up with a weight loss diet and reach their weight loss goals. they try new diets hoping for a miracle that never comes. It is only natural for them to blame the food and to overlook the real cause of their failure: their own mistakes! Some people even go as far as having all kinds of foods and claiming that they will not eat anything but a salad! who are you fooling here?! if you do not want to be one of those people there are easy ways to stick to your weight loss goals. Their goal is to make you aware of what your diet to avoid any pressure and temptation.

Why do not you try this: write down everything you eat in a day? Every single thing, and at the end of the day reading the list you will b surprised how much you had! eating and drinking, for most of us, we reflexes to build in time. Each time you have a drink or something to eat ask yourself "why am I eating / drinking?

The answer may be" I am thirsty, hungry, stressed distant, bored, tired, and you alone "... God knows what else. whether your reason is not thirsty or hungry than you should not have a drink or meal! you are depressed? can get some help! have been lonely? visit a friend! have choices! when trying to lose weight do not starve yourself. has been one of the most frequent mistakes in large dying. unless you have a non willing extraordinary power you get sick and start any diet you can get your hands on! hunger also sets your body to save energy so you actually store your fat! your body does not make any difference between dieting and starvation so you need to have three meals and snacks in between. them is the best way to lose weight. whether abrupt departure from your eating your favorite foods

You can create areas for providing food. keeping in mind that moderation and not denying the key to a successful weight loss plan you should keep having every once in a while your faves . never feel like cheating but feel like taking it slowly and enjoying the food and dieting at the same time. exercising

Last but not least is a must in your weight loss challenge. A little bit of effort and sweat are not should scare you. like food, exercising should start slowly and short session time should evolve in the longer and more intensive session. increase the time spent exercising five minutes each week until you reach 50-60 minute session minimum.
